Elgaloy Hard 60 is a hardfacing electrode that produces martensitic weld metal with a hardness of 56–60 HRC.
Elgaloy Hard 60 is a martensitic hard welding rod with a hardness of 56-60 HRC. The non-cracking weld metal is highly resistant to abrasive wear even under moderately high impact loads.
Also available as gas-free filler wire Elgaloy Hard R60.
Applications: excavator bucket nails, bulldozer ploughs, impact hammers, crushers etc.
