With the RMT torch series, welding gases are removed directly at the source of the gases, i.e. in the arc. The extraction kit can be retrofitted to robotic systems and is suitable for all industrial robotics solutions. The burner is used in combination with a flue gas extractor (e.g. EWM’s XQvac).

XQvac extraction system
The special feature of the XQvac is the integrated EWM automatic start/stop system. The XQvac is compatible with all EWM welding machines with 7-pole connection. This allows the flue gas extraction to start before the welding arc is ignited, thus ensuring the removal of welding contaminants, i.e. welding fumes.
