FO-20 and FO-25 are food industry gases widely used in packaging solutions to ensure product quality and shelf life. They inhibit microbial growth, maintain freshness and help preserve the natural colour, texture and taste of food. Gases can be used in the packaging of meat products, ready meals, cheeses and bakery products, for example.
FO-20 and FO-25 are food industry gases consisting of carbon dioxide and oxygen. The gases are oxidising and heavier than air, and form a stable, colourless and odourless mixture.
