Maxeta 11 is a rutile-coated high-yield electrode containing iron powder, designed for welding thick unalloyed low-carbon steels. It has a 190% yield strength and is particularly suitable for the welding of foot and bottom splints, as well as endless welds. It has an excellent flat profile and a smooth bond to the base material. The arc burns smoothly, stably and with low spatter.
The blade leaves a nicely flaked burn surface and a self-cleaning slag. The needle can also be used well for welding primed steel. Maxeta 11 is designed to produce very little fumes.
