When using pure gases or specialty gases, it is extremely important to ensure that the associated equipment and supplies are specifically designed for those gases, so that the gas remains pure all the way to its point of use.
The lower the concentrations being measured, the more important it is to use high-quality instruments selected for the specific application. This ensures that the gas remains pure throughout its entire journey to the process, equipment, or analysis, at the correct pressure and flow rate.
For example, pressure regulators must be made of metal diaphragms, so that airborne impurities cannot contaminate the gas.
Woikoski offers special pressure regulators with various operating and secondary pressures. The regulators are modular, and Woikoski can install optional accessories — such as a flush valve, control valve, or shut-off valve—according to the customer’s needs.
The most common pipe and hose fittings are available as outlet connections for pressure regulators.
