At Woikoski, safety is part of our daily activities and a shared responsibility. We take care of the safety of our employees, customers and the environment in all situations.

Our safety management system aims to ensure the safety and health of our staff, to protect the environment and property from accidents, and to ensure the quality and continuity of operations and production.

Safety at work is a priority for us, and every new employee receives a comprehensive induction on safe working practices. We continuously train, observe and improve our practices to ensure the safest possible working environment for all.

Safety is also reflected in our production and transport operations: we strictly comply with government regulations and industry standards, regularly maintain equipment, ensure that transport equipment is in good working order and safe, and that staff are trained for their tasks. We encourage staff to observe, discuss and raise suggestions for improvement. Everyone has the right – and the duty – to address grievances and promote a safe working environment.

Safety is in everything we do. We work closely with authorities, customers and partners to ensure a safe environment for all parties. Contractors are therefore briefed on a site-by-site basis before work is carried out and we provide training and induction to clients as required.
