Reports are made anonymously through an anonymous reporting channel. This channel allows you to report your concerns safely and securely without revealing your identity. However, if you would like us to contact you, please leave your contact details. Further questions may be required to resolve the matter, so it is desirable to leave your contact details.
What kind of things can you report?
The whistleblowing channel is for situations where you suspect that we or our partners are acting unlawfully or fraudulently, or if you observe unethical behaviour or a breach of our values and principles.
The whistleblower does not need to be able to provide evidence to support his/her suspicions. However, knowingly making false declarations is prohibited and may lead to further action.
The notification channel is not intended for normal customer feedback or complaints. In these cases you can contact our customer service.
