Remote and pressure equipment monitoring – safety and efficiency for industry
Woikoski’s remote monitoring and pressure equipment monitoring services are designed to bring peace of mind and security to your everyday life. When you know that your critical equipment is under expert control and the gas and pressure are sufficient for production, you can be confident that your processes will run smoothly – without any extra worry.
Remote monitoring – certainty and predictability
We offer a full service. The remote monitoring customer does not need to worry about gas availability or pressure, Woikoski monitors the liquid tank surface readings and gas centre pressures to ensure that the customer always has the gas they need for production. Alarm limits are determined based on the size of the customer’s tank and gas usage. Remote monitoring also provides trend information based on actual gas consumption.
Through the remote monitoring system, information on the gas volume and pressure in the tank is transmitted to the Woikoski information system, which alerts when the limit values are exceeded. Up-to-date information can also be transmitted to the customer’s own system.
Benefits of remote monitoring
- Free up your time and human resources for other activities
- Possibility to monitor consumption
- Gas delivery volume always according to use and need
- The risks of operational disruptions in the tank’s operation can be identified, thus speeding up maintenance operations.
Pressure equipment control – responsibly and safely
Monitoring the use of pressure equipment is a legal obligation, but it does not have to be a burden. With Woikoski as your pressure equipment inspector, you can be confident that everything will be done correctly and on time. We offer companies an expert pressure equipment monitoring service, ensuring that equipment is safe and compliant with regulations.
The duties of a pressure equipment supervisor include:
- Monitoring the use and condition of pressure equipment
- Organisation of periodic inspections
- Notification of changes to Tukes
- Training of staff using pressure equipment on safe use and safety regulations
Who can act as a pressure equipment supervisor?
The pressure equipment supervisor must have sufficient knowledge of the design, operation and maintenance of the pressure equipment. This knowledge may be based on work experience, training provided by the employer, and the acquisition of regulatory knowledge, for example through a course on pressure equipment. Woikoski strongly recommends taking a qualification exam to become a pressure equipment supervisor.
