You can order Woikoski products via Woikoski ordering services or from the Woikoski Store (online store in Finnish) when your company has a user account. This page contains all the forms and contact information for ordering a product.
Ordering from the subscription service
Orders can be placed by phone, e-mail or using the online order form.
Please let us know when ordering:
- Customer number or company name
- Delivery address
- Contact person and telephone number for delivery
- Reference for invoicing
- Products to order: type of gas, bottle size, quantity to order
- Returnable products: type of gas, bottle size, quantity to be ordered (Note: returnable bottles must be easily accessible and marked by the driver or easily identifiable on the spot by the recipient)
- Any additional information related to the delivery, e.g. different delivery address, later delivery date
Additional services for delivery
For additional delivery services (e.g. delivery at a certain time of day), a service fee will be charged in addition to the freight charge in accordance with the current price list. Same day deliveries are priced as emergency deliveries. For more information, please contact our customer service.
Orders must be placed at least two working days before 12 noon on the day of the journey in your location. Orders placed by the deadline will be delivered on the next driving day in your locality. Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 4pm.

Our corporate customers can order Woikoski products from the Woikoski Store (online store in Finnish) at contract prices using their own e-commerce IDs.
At the Woikoski Store you can:
- Place gas orders
- Track your subscription history
- Manage members of your work team
- Make use of tools such as bottle tracking and reporting
