Specialty gases require special care and precision throughout the entire processing chain to ensure that the gas remains clean and of high quality until it reaches its final destination. That’s why the right equipment is key.

Woikoski offers high quality GCE pressure regulators, gas centres, outlet points and other gas network components designed to meet the most demanding specialty gas handling needs.

Our range includes pressure regulators, gas manifolds and outlet points in chrome plated brass and stainless steel. Brass, when precision machined, is ideally suited for most special gases. For gases classified as corrosive – such as H₂S, SO₂, NH₃, NO and NO₂ – or mixtures containing them, we recommend stainless steel, which retains its performance even under demanding conditions.

GCE special blend gas controllers are suitable for gases up to N60/6.0 (99.9999%) purity, so you can be confident that the equipment will not degrade the gas quality at any stage.

We offer instruments with a wide range of pressure and flow rates to cover the most demanding application requirements. When choosing the right instrument, it is important to note that the pressure and flow rates indicated in the technical data of the equipment are maximum values.

For practical sizing, a rule of thumb works well: estimate the operating pressure and flow to be around 20-80% of the maximum values stated for the instrument. This will ensure that the pressure control works accurately and the equipment remains in good condition without unnecessary stress.
