Wemasto Oy appreciates Woikoski’s reliability

Wemasto is a long-established family-owned company that provides workshop services to its customers and builds distribution networks for general liquids and gases.

In addition to machine shop services and the construction of distribution networks, Wemasto also carries out high-quality work on various types of railway structures and installs industrial machinery and equipment.

– We carry out industrial piping, steel structures and pressure vessel repairs in accordance with SFS-EN ISO 3834-2. Today, we are also able to do projects related to power plants and green energy thanks to our new hall investment, says Vesa Perttola, Chairman of the Board and Welding Coordinator at Wemasto.

Perttola is the second generation of the family business and one of the owners of the company. Wemasto has been working with Woikoski, another long-standing family business, for more than 20 years.

– We buy gases, welding consumables, welding masks and welding machines from Woikoski. We also act as a service provider for Woikoski. We manufacture gas lines and other various projects for Woikoski, Perttola sums up.

Woikoski imports EWM welding machines. Wemasto welders use EWM Titan XQ, Phoenix XQ and Tetrix XQ welding machines. The Tetrix 200 puls is used as a gig machine. In addition to the welding machines, Woikoski also supplies Wemasto with Optrel welding heads. In order to always deliver the best possible quality to customers, the machines used must also be of high quality.

– Quality is the number one thing for us. We always do things with real quality and finish first time. It is many times cheaper to do the job right the first time than to repair it many times, Perttola emphasises.

– EWM welding machines have proven to be reliable, reliable and easy enough to use. Optrel’s welding helmets, on the other hand, have good optics and for people wearing glasses, for example, they are a viable option because the power is integrated directly into the glass, says Perttola.

Cooperation with Woikoski has gone very smoothly over the years. In recent years, cooperation has deepened even further. Wemasto particularly praises Woikoski’s fast deliveries and good customer service.

– You can get the goods really quickly. When you order from Woikoski, you can get the products the same day. The way the service works is that we have direct contact phone numbers and we know who to call. They provide immediate support and help. Reliability and ease of use are the most important things for us, precisely because of quality. When the package is put together – i.e. you have good equipment and tools, and good people – the end result is also good, Perttola sums up.
