– When I started the brewery, I knew I needed different gases, such as carbon dioxide and nitrogen, says brewer Jari Leinonen.
The collaboration between Fiskars Brewery and Woikoski started when the brewery was founded.
– When I was looking for a partner to work with, the chemistry with Woikoski was instant. Customer service was excellent from the start, says Leinonen.

Solutions for the needs of a growing brewery
Woikoski has supported Fiskars Brewery in many ways. When the brewery was founded, Woikoski helped build the first gas centres, which laid a solid foundation for the operation. As Fiskars Brewery has grown, Woikoski has also been actively involved in its development.
– When we expanded a few years ago, Woikoski designed a new gas centre for us to meet the brewery’s expanded needs, Leinonen says.
In particular, the brewery uses carbon dioxide and nitrogen, which are key gases in the transfer and carbonation of beer. Woikoski’s wide range of gases made it easy to find the right products for Fiskars Brewery’s needs.
Woikoski has organised the filling and maintenance of the gases so that the brewery can concentrate on its core business. Orders are placed at a specific time, and Woikoski takes care of the gas cylinder changes independently on site.
– It’s nice not to have to constantly think about orders or replacements, but Woikoski takes care of the job automatically, says Leinonen.

A partnership where the customer is heard
According to Leinonen, cooperation with Woikoski has been excellent. Everything has been done on time and exactly as agreed. Although Fiskars Brewery is one of Woikoski’s smallest customers, the service has been customer-oriented and genuinely focused on the brewery’s needs from the very beginning.
– It feels like they are really interested and we are really being taken care of, says Leinonen.
Leinonen highlights Woikoski’s personal customer contact as a particular strength.
– We have a dedicated contact person who can be contacted at any time. Woikoski is also in active contact with us, asking for news and checking if we need anything more. That has definitely been the best thing about their service, says Leinonen.
Fiskars Brewery’s experience of working with Woikoski has been very positive. Leinonen also recommends Woikoski to other operators.
– The service has been personal and customer-oriented, and things have always been handled well, Leinonen sums up.
