Woikoski Safiris participating in Tikkakoski aviation event 7.5.2026

See the Woikoski Safirs at the Tikkakoski aviation event on Thursday 7.5.2026.

The Air War College will organise the traditional Military Aviation as a Profession event at Jyväskylä Airport on 7 May 2026.

As in previous years, the event will feature a flying display and a musical performance twice. The first of the two similar performances will take place from 12.00 to 14.30 and the second from 16.00 to 18.00. The demonstration points and the equipment exhibition will also be open between the air shows.

A new feature of the airshow programme will be the historic Woikoski Saab 91D Safir aircraft over Tikkakoski. The airshows will also feature Captain Ville Tuomaisen’s 2026 Hornet solo and the Midnight Hawks aerobatic display, including helicopters from the Finnish Air Force.
